ATX Hardware GmbH is Europe's market leader in the development and manufacture of high-precision test adapters for electronic test procedures. With almost 30 years of experience in the industry and a team of more than 170 employees at its sites in Pürgen (Upper Bavaria) and Ehningen (Baden-Württemberg), ATX stands for innovation, quality and customised customer solutions.
A change at management level not only means a change for every company, but also the opportunity to open up new perspectives and set the course for the future.
After three successful years as Managing Director and almost eight years at ATX, Robert Schulz left the company on 31 July 2025 to take on a new professional challenge. Together with Markus Rauch, he had been part of the dual leadership of the ATX Group since 2022 and was responsible for the commercial area during this time. With his tireless commitment, he provided important impetus and played a key role in the development of ATX following the departure of founder Hans Drexler.
The entire ATX Group team would like to thank Robert Schulz for his commitment, his leadership and the trusting cooperation and wishes him all the best for his future personal and professional career.
WELCOME, JENS BRÜGGEMEIER
New commercial managing director
Jens Brüggemeier took over the position of Commercial Director on 1 August. The change was accompanied by a structured transition phase to ensure continuity and a smooth start. With his many years of experience in finance and controlling, he brings in-depth business expertise to drive forward the successful development of the ATX Group in a challenging market environment.

Together with Markus Rauch, who continues to act as Technical Managing Director, Jens Brüggemeier forms the new management of the ATX Group.
