Noffz & ATX - Partnership

15 years of successful partnership: Noffz & ATX Hardware

NOFFZ and ATX have been successful partners for 15 years:

Safe test systems and test fixtures for reliable results

Tönisvorst/Pürgen, 10.11.2022/ The experts for test & automation systems NOFFZ Technologies GmbH and ATX Hardware GmbH, Europe's market leader in test fixture construction, celebrate their 15-year partnership. The two champions can look back on many years of successful cooperation and a large number of joint projects.

NOFFZ test systems with fixtures from ATX are used especially in the production of electrical assemblies. It is precisely here that reliability is in demand. If the assemblies fail, the functionality of the products into which the corresponding assemblies are integrated fails.

The joint systems of the two experts have therefore been established for many years at a large number of well-known companies in electronics production from the industrial electronics, IoT and consumer and automotive sectors - after all, they ensure the necessary safety of these components with absolute reliability.

Whenever complex needle contacts are required at board level for a test system, NOFFZ involves its long-standing partner ATX in the projects. Lateral contacting as in the end product is often a sophisticated solution. Here, via s
The lateral approach mechanisms at the same time High-speed interfaces such as USB3.0, Ethernet, GMSL and many wired RF connections are contacted via Fakra interfaces. Board-to-board contacting is also more frequently in demand, as here a board can be tested in direct connection with another board. The latter then corresponds to the installation situation in the final product and thus enables an extended function test.

The two companies recently reached another milestone when the one hundredth test fixture from ATX integrated into a complete test system was delivered to a satisfied customer of NOFFZ. This project demonstrates the innovative strength and quality of the two companies, which are a reliable partner of the German automotive industry in this long-term project in the infotainment sector.

In most projects, custom-made products or small quantities are common. In all cases, NOFFZ and its customers appreciate not only the design and ergonomics of the ATX fixtures, but also the secure construction with stress tests that reliably prevent the prints from bending.
