New ATX Bi-Level Motor V2.0: Greater efficiency, easier integration and maximum process reliability
With the new ATX Bi-Level Motor V2.0 we are expanding our portfolio with a systematically developed sliding unit for modern test adapters. The focus of the new generation is on even simpler control, greater ease of integration, and reliable position detection in daily test operations. Based on the proven ATX technology, the Bi-Level Motor V2.0 offers a compact and robust solution for precise switching between ICT and FCT test positions.
The new Bi-Level motor V2.0 has been specially developed for demanding test applications and impresses with intelligent control and a high level of operational reliability. Thanks to integrated Hall sensors, position detection is reliable and precise, while switching is triggered by a simple 200 ms pulse. Reversing the polarity to change position is no longer necessary.

With dimensions of only 87 × 36 × 36 mm and a weight of 190 g the Bi-Level Motor V2.0 offers an extremely compact design combined with high robustness. Its vacuum-tight construction and specified service life of over one million movements make it a reliable solution for series applications and automated test environments.
Future-proof for new projects
The Bi-Level Motor V2.0 is part of the ATX portfolio with immediate effect and will be used by default in new projects in future. Existing applications are not affected by this: the previous bi-level motor and corresponding spare parts remain available and will be supported as usual.
With the new generation, we are laying the foundation for more efficient testing processes, easier system integration and even higher operational reliability in modern test systems.
